At SG Masters Pathways, our goal is to deliver exceptional value and ensure you see a strong return on your investment in our services. We are committed to providing world-class guidance and support, even if it means going above and beyond our standard scope of work.

Below are the details of our refund policy:

  • We stand by the quality of our work and the dedication of our team.
  • We offer a 10-day refund policy in case you feel you are not receiving the value you expected.
  • Within 10 days of making your payment, if you believe the service is not meeting your expectations, you may email us atinfo@sgmasterspathways.com. If your concerns are valid and cannot be resolved, we will be happy to process your refund.
Terms & Conditions

The 10-day period begins from the date of payment. After this period, the refund window closes.

You should have completed the Brainstorming Call and Essay Analysis Call so that you have had the opportunity to experience our value before requesting a refund.

If a refund is approved, the refunded amount will be adjusted for any calls already conducted and materials or resources already provided.

A change in your study abroad plans (personal or professional) after we have begun work together will not be considered valid grounds for a refund (partial or complete).

In unavoidable circumstances, we can extend your service for up to two years, allowing you to use it later or for a future intake.

Alternatively, your package can be re-purposed towards other services, such as:

  • Scholarship Applications
  • Career Mentorship
  • Anything that falls under the scope of our work

We aim to be fair, transparent, and student–first in all our dealings. If you ever have a grievance, our founders will personally review your case and do everything possible to find a solution. Please write to us at info@sgmasterspathways.com and we will get back to you promptly.
