These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of our website, services, and interactions with SG Masters Pathways. By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

Services

SG Masters Pathways provides counseling, mentoring, and guidance services for higher education admissions. We are an independent, merit-based organization and do not have formal tie-ups or guarantees with universities or colleges. Admissions decisions rest solely with the respective institutions.

Eligibility

  • Users must be at least 18 years old to register and use our services.
  • Students under 18 years must use our services under parental/guardian consent.
  • By using our services, you confirm that you have the legal capacity and authority to enter into this Agreement.

Payments & Refunds

  • Payment for services must be made in full and in advance. Work on applications, counseling, or documentation will begin only after payment is received.
  • Fees exclude any bank charges, transfer fees, or GST, which must be borne by the client.
  • All payments made are non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of personal circumstances, once services commence.
  • SGMP reserves the right to revise fees and policies without prior notice.
  • All payments made within India will attract Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the prevailing rate, currently 18%.
  • By making payment through Credit Card or Net Banking, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or disputes with your bank for payments made to SG Masters Pathways. You further confirm that all transactions are genuine and irrevocable. Including cases of misuse or card loss. Clients shall cooperate with SGMP in case the matter requires representation before a bank or authority.

Confidentiality & Privacy

SGMP is committed to protecting your personal information and maintaining confidentiality. We collect, store, and use your data only for the purpose of delivering services, improving quality, and fulfilling legal obligations. We will not share your personal data with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

User Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information for your applications.
  • You are solely responsible for meeting deadlines, sharing documents, and collaborating during the process.
  • Any misuse of our platform, abusive communication, or attempt to defame SGMP may result in immediate termination of services without refund.
  • If you receive an admission offer after engaging with SG Masters Pathways, you agree to provide a high-resolution photograph and or a short testimonial reflecting on your experience with our services. If you would like to opt you may intimate via written email or text.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, graphics, logos, designs, and materials, is the property of SG Masters Pathways and is protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without prior written consent.

Service Scope

SGMP provides guidance, brainstorming, and editing support for essays and applications.

We do not guarantee admission to any program or institution.

We do not complete applications, visa forms, or financial aid forms on behalf of students.

Termination of Services

  • SGMP may suspend or terminate services without refund if:
  • The client fails to provide necessary documents within the stipulated timeline.
  • The client engages in abusive, fraudulent, or defamatory conduct.
  • The client violates these Terms in any manner.
  • Clients may terminate services at their discretion, but no refunds will be processed.

Limitation of Liability

  • SGMP provides best-effort guidance but does not guarantee outcomes such as admission offers, scholarships, or visas.
  • SGMP is not liable for losses, damages, or delays caused by third parties, institutions, or external circumstances beyond our control.
  • Our maximum liability, in any case, shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the services in question.
  • SG Masters Pathways will not be liable for any loss, damage, or consequence arising from the use of our website, services, or third-party interactions, including but not limited to technical failures, inaccurate information, or external dependencies.

Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

  • Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
  • All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
  • Parties agree first to attempt resolution via mutual discussion or mediation before pursuing legal remedies.
  • Any dispute arising from this Agreement will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended). The seat of arbitration shall be shared equally by both parties. The jurisdiction of the courts in [specific location] and only the courts in New Delhi shall have authority over matters relating to the Agreement.
